Current year premium lists typically include:

• All-breed conformation shows – hosted by the organizing all-breed clubs over the 10-day cluster.
• Obedience and rally trials – which may have separate sections or separate premiums.
• Specialty and supported entries – for individual breeds and breed clubs.

Links to premium lists and official entry pages will be posted here as they become available from the superintendent or AKC. If a link appears to be missing or out of date close to opening or closing, please check the superintendent’s website directly and then contact us if you still cannot find what you need.

All entries for the Florida Gulf Coast Clusters must be made through the official superintendent and/or AKC entry services listed in the premium lists. Follow these general steps:

1. Review the correct premium list for your events and dates to confirm eligibility, classes offered, entry fees, and any special conditions.
2. Choose your entry method: most exhibitors enter online through the superintendent or AKC; some may still mail paper entry forms as directed in the premium.
3. Complete all required information, including the registered name and number, variety, sex, class, and owner/handler information, exactly as required by AKC rules.
4. Submit payment through the superintendent or AKC system. Fees, accepted payment types, and any additional charges (such as service fees) are set by them, not by the cluster.
5. Verify your confirmation as soon as it is available and before closing. If you spot an error, contact the superintendent immediately.

Closing dates: Entries close on the date and time stated in the premium list. Late entries cannot be accepted. Entry changes, corrections, and cancellations must also follow the superintendent’s rules and deadlines.

Refunds and changes: Refunds are governed by AKC and superintendent policies as outlined in the premium list. This cluster website cannot authorize or process refunds or entry corrections.

Judging programs provide ring assignments, start times, and order of judging for each breed and event. They are prepared and released by the superintendent or AKC after entries close.

What to expect:

• Release timing: Judging programs are usually available about a week before the first show day, but the exact timing is controlled by the superintendent.
• Where to find them: Once published, judging programs will be linked here and on the superintendent’s site. They may be posted as a single combined document or broken out by date.
• Updates and changes: Any official changes to ring times or locations will be issued through the superintendent and AKC. We recommend checking the judging program again just before you travel and upon arrival.

Please bring a copy of the judging program with you (printed or on your device) so you can quickly confirm rings, times, and any conflicts.

Obedience, rally, and specialty clubs often have additional requirements or separate entry procedures. Always review the exact instructions in the applicable premium list.

• Separate entry forms or events numbers for obedience and rally trials, even when they are held on the same day as the all-breed shows.
