Questions about RV reservations may be directed to the cluster RV coordinator using the contact information on the current year RV form or via the Contact page on this website.
Please plan your arrival so we can place you efficiently and safely.
- Arrival hours: RVs are accepted only during posted arrival times. These are listed on the current RV information sheet and may vary by day.
- Check-in location: Follow signs to the RV check-in area or gate. Have your confirmation, vehicle information, and payment (if any balance is due) ready.
- Escorted placement: RV staff will direct you to your site. For everyone’s safety, do not move into an empty space on your own or trade sites without staff approval.
- Late arrivals: If you are delayed, follow the instructions on your confirmation or the RV form for who to call or where to park until placement resumes.
- Site changes: Once parked, changes are limited and may not be possible. Please let staff know of any special needs when you reserve.
We appreciate your cooperation so that RV parking runs smoothly for all exhibitors and their dogs.
These guidelines help keep the RV areas safe, comfortable, and exhibitor-friendly.
- Quiet hours: Respect posted quiet hours. Keep noise, music, and outdoor activity low so dogs and people can rest.
- Generator use: Generators are only allowed in designated areas, use in a safe, ventilated manner. Exhaust must be directed away from neighboring rigs and dog setups.
- Extra vehicles: Only the number of vehicles shown on your RV confirmation may be parked in your site. Additional vehicles must follow day-parking or overflow instructions.
- Dog containment: Dogs must be safely crated, penned, or leashed at all times. Exercise pens should be well-secured and not block drive lanes or walkways.
- Waste disposal: Pick up after your dogs immediately. Use designated dumpsters and trash cans for bagged waste and general trash.
- Sewer: Do not dump gray or black tanks on the grounds. Use the scheduled pump-out service or designated dump locations only.
- Water: Available for fill up only.
- Safety: Keep cords, hoses, and equipment neatly arranged to avoid tripping hazards. Open flames, grills, and space heaters must be used with extreme care.
- Compliance: All exhibitors must follow RV rules, show committee directions, and AKC regulations. Failure to comply may result in being moved or asked to leave.
- Site: Site renters are responsible for any and all damage to site. Site must be left as you found it.
