The Florida Gulf Coast Clusters welcomes a wide variety of vendors that serve exhibitors, breeders, and spectators throughout our 10 days of shows.
Typical vendor categories include:
- Merchandise vendors: leads, collars, grooming tools, supplements, show attire, artwork, home decor, gifts, and more.
- Service providers: professional photographers, massage and conditioning services, microchipping, dental cleaning, and other dog-related services.
- Breed clubs and rescues: fundraising booths, club merchandise, and breed education.
- Food and beverage concessions: food trucks, coffee and breakfast stands, snack and dessert vendors.
Booth locations are generally arranged along the main pedestrian walkways near the conformation rings, close to RV camping, and near high-traffic parking and spectator areas. Specific locations and maps are provided with your confirmation.
Spaces are typically available for single weekends or the full 10-day cluster, with priority given to returning vendors who apply by the stated deadlines.
Vendor space rates vary based on booth type, size, and duration (single weekend versus full 10-day cluster). The table below gives a general overview only. Current-year fees, exact dimensions, and full terms are listed on the downloadable vendor information and application forms.
All vendors must comply with applicable insurance, licensing, and tax requirements. Proof of coverage or permits may be requested with your application or at check-in.

Download and read the current-year vendor information packet and application forms, including all fee schedules and rules.
Step 2 – Choose your dates and booth type
Decide whether you will attend for one weekend, multiple days, or the full 10-day cluster, and select the space size and type that best fits your setup.
Step 3 – Complete the application and attach documentation
Fill out all requested details, including contact information, product or service description, and any required certificates of insurance or licenses.
Step 4 – Submit application and payment
Mail or email your completed forms according to the instructions on the application. Payment methods and mailing addresses are listed on the forms. Online payment options may be added in future years; if available, details will be included with the current forms.
Step 5 – Watch for confirmation
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation with your assigned space, move-in instructions, and any updated maps or rules.
If you have questions before applying, please contact the vendor coordinator using the information at the bottom of this page.
To keep the grounds safe and pleasant for everyone, all vendors agree to follow the Florida Gulf Coast Clusters vendor rules and facility policies.
Setup and teardown
Setup times and move-in instructions will be provided with your confirmation. Vendors must be fully set up and vehicles removed from vendor aisles by the posted times each morning. Teardown may not begin until the close of the final show day you have contracted for, unless specifically authorized by the vendor coordinator.
Vehicles and parking
Loading and unloading are allowed only in designated areas and during specified hours. Vehicles may not remain parked in vendor aisles or fire lanes. RV and overnight parking must follow the RV & Camping rules.
Booth appearance and safety
Booths must be neat, well-maintained, and kept within the boundaries of the assigned space. All tenting, displays, cords, and equipment must be secured to prevent tripping or wind hazards. Open flames and heating equipment must comply with local fire regulations.
Pets and dogs at booths
Dogs must be under control at all times, on leash or crated, and may not block aisles or walkways. Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be required to leave the area.
Quiet hours and noise
Generators, music, and sound systems must be kept to reasonable levels and may be restricted during posted quiet hours or at the discretion of show officials.
Compliance
Vendors who fail to follow rules or directions from show officials may be asked to modify their setup or, in serious cases, may forfeit their space without refund.
Food trucks and other food and beverage concessions are an important part of our cluster and must meet all applicable health and safety regulations.
Health department requirements
All food vendors must comply with current county and state health codes, including food handling, storage, hand-washing, and temperature control requirements. You are responsible for obtaining any required permits or inspections.
Fire and equipment safety
Cooking appliances, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, and electrical connections must meet local fire code. Lines and cords should be routed to avoid tripping hazards and protected from vehicle traffic.
Water, waste, and grease disposal
Please plan ahead for potable water, gray water, trash, and grease disposal according to the instructions you receive from the organizer or the venue. Dumping on the grounds is strictly prohibited.
Menu and location planning
Food vendors are generally placed near high-traffic areas, while aiming to provide a variety of offerings across the grounds. If you have specific setup needs (for example, trailer length, generator use, or serving side), note them clearly on your application.
Documentation
Copies of required permits, inspections, and insurance may need to be provided with your application or shown at check-in.
